Process Thinker, Problem Solver, & Story Teller
I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering and minor in Design Strategies focused on user centered design. Here I took classes focusing on energy transfer while also learning about user centered design. Both sets of courses taught me to apply a process focused framework to solve ambiguous problems.
Post graduation, I joined JPMorgan where I’ve held a number of different roles centered around digital products. By taking the frameworks I learned in school, I've been able to take on a number of different problems challenges - all while putting the end users at the top of mind.
Outside of work, I consider myself a story teller. Regardless of if I'm painting, drawing, or designing, I believe visual mediums have just as much ability to tell a story as written or verbal forms of communication. I try to let that show in the work I make both personally & professionally.
